Rupert Goodman, Chairman of FIRST, and Lord Astor of Hever PC DL, were delighted to present the official publication marking the 120th Anniversary of the UK-Kuwait Friendship Treaty to Sheikh Mohammad Al-Sabah at a special event at Mansion House in the City of London.
