FIRST Presentation to the President of Brazil

A special presentation was made on 27th July to HE Dilma Vana Rousseff, President of The Federative Republic of Brazil, by Mr Rupert Goodman, Chairman of FIRST at the inauguration of the new Brazilian Embassy. Among those present were the Minister of Foreign Relations, Antonio de Aguiar Patriota, Jeremy Browne, Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Governor of Rio de Janeiro, Sérgio Cabral, Ambassador to the Court of St James, HE Roberto Jaguaribe and HMA Alan Charlton CMG CVO.
