The FIRST Award for Responsible Capitalism 2010 was presented to Sir Charles Mayfield, Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership.

The FIRST Award for International Responsible Capitalism 2010 was presented to Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. The FIRST Lord Dahrendorf Special Award for the SME Sector was presented to Sophie Tranchell MBE, Managing Director of Divine Chocolate Ltd. The awards were presented by Rt Hon Dr Vince Cable MP, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills at a ceremony at Marlborough House.
