Visit of the Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan – Official Ceremony
British-Kazakh Society Chairman Rupert Goodman OBE DL chaired the official Document Exchange Ceremony organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the presence of HE Yermek Kosherbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rt Hon. Sir Chris Bryant MP, Minister of State, Department for Business and Trade, and HE Sally Axworthy MBE, His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During this important event, significant bilateral initiatives were announced including The Roadmap for The Strategic Partnership on critical minerals, Memoranda on industrial and academic cooperation, and new UK-linked education projects in Kazakhstan.
The Ceremony highlighted the further strengthening of trade, investment, and educational ties between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
