Breakfast in Honour of The Hon Donald Tsang GBM Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR of the People’s Republic of China

A breakfast forum was held on 12th September at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in honour of the The Hon Donald Tsang GBM, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR and Ministers. Mr Rupert Goodman and Lord Hurd of Westwell CH CBE PC were the hosts. Among those present were Lord Howe of Aberavon CH QC, Lord Woolf of Barnes, Lord Cormack DL FSA, Sir Henry Keswick, Lord Sassoon Kt and Sir David Ford KBE LVO.
