Rupert Goodman, Chairman and Founder of FIRST met the Hon Mizengo Pinda, Prime Minister of Tanzania in London. The Prime Minister, the High Commissioner and Rupert Goodman spoke at a special ceremony to launch the official report to mark the founding of the United Republic of Tanzania.
